MENU DE BRASSERIE
Brasserie is the French term for brewery, but in actuality the French use the term brasserie to describe informal, casual restaurants. The food is typically simple and straight forward, enjoyed with a cold beer or an easy drinking wine. Our Brasserie menu follows in this same tradition, with hearty Country French & Traditional New England Fare. Served Tuesday through Saturday, only in our bar. A Sampling of Our Brasserie:
